**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally, managing a multi-line phone system, and ensuring customer inquiries are handled efficiently.
- Assist the team with various administrative tasks, ensuring all office processes run smoothly.
- Prepare paperwork for invoicing, ensuring invoices are accurate and sent out in a timely manner.
- Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate billing and resolve any discrepancies.
- Post payments to customer accounts and organize deposit receipts as invoices are paid.
- Prepare reports on delinquent accounts and customer payment profiles, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Reconcile cash receipts and deposits, ensuring financial accuracy.
- Assist with HR-related duties, including benefits administration.
- Actively participate in promoting and embodying the company’s core values of dynamic, care, integrity, and sustainability.
- Share information and resources with team members to promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support office operations and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration or customer service.
- Strong communication, organizational, and data entry skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
