We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Lead Follow-up Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for promptly responding to customer inquiries generated through our lead generation efforts and ensuring that each lead receives the attention and follow-up required to convert them into satisfied customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and distribute them to the appropriate sales or support team members.
- Follow up with leads to gather additional information, address any concerns, and guide them through the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our CRM system accordingly.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and follow-up processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a lead generation or inbound sales environment.
- Knowledge of industry-specific products or services.
