Well established plastics manufacturing company looking to hire an Injection Process/Set-up Technician who would be responsible for all facets of a 1-shift custom Injection moulding department..

**Job Title**: Injection Process/Set-up Technician/Operator
**Terms of Employment**: Permanent, Full Time, Day
**Anticipated Start Date**: As soon as possible
**Location**: Etobicoke, Ontario (near Pearson Airport)
**Skill Requirements**:
Experience: minimum of 3-5 years
Languages: Speak, Read & Write in English

**Key performance objectives**:

- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own and with others.
- Must be able to perform mould changeovers, monitor machine operation, troubleshoot & correct problems, and fine tune the process parameters for quality and productivity within allowable limits.
- Monitors machine down-time, scrap, and product quality ensuring all processes are optimised to achieve process efficiency and reduction of scrap
- Ability to perform general maintenance on equipment all while following safe work practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
