As a valued employee, you would be the brains behind our field operations in charge of directing and coordinating field operations on a daily basis. You will be a vital link between our office and our technicians out in the field helping people every day, and your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

- Constantly communicate with technicians, field managers, and dispatch department to ensure smooth operations
- Dispatch jobs to relevant department/technician based on service type, area, availability...etc.
- Monitor the routes, locations and statuses of our technicians to help them better coordinate and prioritize their schedules
- Capture and document accurate information, descriptions, progress, and any other relevant information on each file
- Periodic reporting and data collection to ensure perfromance is lways meeting targets
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency at all times
- Following up with customers, suppliers, and field techs as needed
- Always representing the company positively
- Communicating with customers, techs, and staff via company messaging system and backup systems

**Requirements**:

- A friendly disposition
- Clear communication, organizational, and team working skills with the ability to multitask in a fluid environment
- The ability to take direction and learn on the go
- Great performance under pressure
- Ability to handle a high volume of work with patience, respect, and level-headed manner

Preferable: Previous Dispatch and/or Logistics experience

PLEASE NOTE:

- We're looking for family, not staff: Long-term position with plenty of potential for quick advancement, especially for those showing strong leadership skills
- We work day & night: Flexible position, offering both morning and evening shifts, throughout the week, in a casual, friendly, and fun environment, where we appreciate your energy and ideas

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
