**What you will be working on**:

- Act as the first point of contact to customers, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service
- Assess customer needs and dispatch service calls based on priority
- Receive service call requests and record them in Synchroteam
- Prioritize customer service tickets, match skill sets, schedule service technicians, and plan schedules ahead to minimize travel times and delays
- Maintain service database, monitor and update service requests
- Set up and maintain central monitoring station information and services, process change orders
- Ensure prompt and accurate processing of sales orders

**Who are we looking for?**

Essential qualifications:

- A minimum of two years of dispatching experience
- A high degree of integrity and professionalism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment and have excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure

Additional ‘nice to have’ qualifications:

- You have previous experience in the security industry
- You have experience with Synchroteam

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
