**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose appliance issues and determine appropriate repair solutions.
- Perform repairs on a variety of household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics to troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Assemble and disassemble appliances as necessary for repairs.
- Keep a clean and organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are in good condition.
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, timelines, and additional services.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training.

**Qualifications**:

- **TSSA G3 or DA** certification is an asset.
- 1+ years of proven mechanical experience with hands-on appliance repair.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to read schematics.
- HVAC experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel to customer locations within the GTA West region and Hamilton.

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
