**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute tasks related to concrete formwork, reinforcing steel installation, and pouring/finishing for bridge structures.
- Operate and maintain tools related to concrete construction, such as drills, saws, grinders, trowels, vibrators, and other power tools.
- Assist with setting up and stripping formwork, installing scaffolding, and erecting shoring and falsework as required.
- Ensure the precise placement of concrete, including leveling and smoothing surfaces, using hand and power tools.
- Collaborate with foremen, engineers, and other team members to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
- Conduct regular inspections of tools, equipment, and materials to ensure they are in working condition and meet project requirements.
- Comply with all workplace safety regulations and company policies, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with general site duties such as site clean-up, unloading/loading materials, and moving equipment as necessary.
- Work effectively in a team environment while also taking responsibility for individual tasks and contributing to team success.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in concrete construction, particularly in bridge or heavy civil infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in concrete formwork, rebar tying, pouring, and finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Knowledge of proper grading, leveling, and alignment techniques for concrete structures.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), operating hand and power tools, and working in various weather conditions.
- Capability to work long hours, including potential overtime, weekends, and night shifts when required.
- Strong teamwork skills with a focus on collaboration.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently when needed.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure efficient coordination on-site.
- Commitment to workplace safety, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.

Pay: $27.52-$38.10 per hour
