Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This is a key leadership role within our organization, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on our sales strategy and overall success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology sales
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

**Skills**:

- Must have experience in the trucking field
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Experience in outside sales or technical sales is preferred
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficient in using CRM software to track leads, manage accounts, and generate reports
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of technology sales is a plus

**Salary**: $25,000.00-$45,000.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Caledon East, ON L7C 2W4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
