Front Office Receptionist/ Patient Experience

Fotis Physio and Wellness is Multi Disciplinary Rehab Clinic situated in South Barrie.
We have an opening for Medical Office receptionist/Administrative Assistant accustomed to multi-tasking. This position will provide you with extreme diversity.
Following are some of the duties and skills required but not limited to:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- provide exceptional guest service
Assist therapists in keeping their work flow efficient and organized
- answering multi-line phones and multitasking
- Processing client's payments and issuing related invoices; interact with clients and third party groups,
- Managing clinic flow and organization
- Tidying, cleaning and keep laundry going in the clinic.
- Communicating with clients and team of healthcare professionals
- Ensuring growth and filled appointments
- Ability to multi task efficiently and accurately
- Strong computer proficiency - Should know word excel power point basic HTML and a EMR.
- Should be familiar with QuickBooks.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to learn quickly
- Work independently unsupervised and well with a team
- Ability to take charge, work well with others and independently while exuding a high level of patience and understanding.
- Communicate value in clinic membership to build clientele and clinic growth
New graduates of medical office assistant/administrative assistant welcomed
Hours: 30-40/wk
**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time
**Salary**: $16.50-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
