**Requirements/Qualifications**
- Customer Service/ Receptionist experience is an asset;
- Previous Dental Experience is preferred.

**Job Type**
- Full-time (30-40 hours+) per week;
**Job Duties**

The job duties of our dental receptionists are compliant with the basic duties and responsibilities. Some of these job duties involve but are not limited to:

- Processing patient billing and submit insurance claims;
- Facilitate the patient booking, payments for services, and educating clients about office treatment philosophy;
- Assist in adding pre-determination codes to the computer and scheduling future appointments as directed;
- Ensure that patients have upcoming appointments before leaving the clinic by providing an excellent customer experience;
- Keep the front desk waiting area clean and organized for a positive customer experience;
- Actively promote patients to refer family and friends by advertising our positive, unique aspects of our dental practices;
- Support dental assistant duties when required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
