General Job Responsibilities:
Cattail Crossing Golf and Winter Club is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our amazing line and prep cook team

Duties Include:

- Chop ingredients
- Prepare and cook complete meals
- Create dishes from scratch
- Communicate in coordination with other cooks and servers to maintain flow and get orders out in a timely fashion
- Prepare food in accordance with customer requests and allergies or dietary requirements
- Cut, portion and package meat
- Practice proper food handling and good hygiene
- Prepare all dishes in accordance with food handling regulations
- Inventory control (placing and receiving food orders as needed)
- Organize dishware to ensure it is stored properly in service area for easy access
- Maintain clean kitchen

Food Safety ticket an asset

Required (Must-have):
**Reliable transportation as there is no public transportation to our location**

Employment terms and benefit:

- Wage is negotiable, will assess based on experience
- Work shifts may require morning, evenings, overtime, weekends and holidays

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
