We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality meals and ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly. **Duties**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed during meal preparation and cooking.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper food handling and preparation techniques.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices, meal preparation techniques, and food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A passion for the culinary arts and commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences.
