Recently Potluck received the Untapped "Inclusion Champion Award" - You:_ - thrive in a busy environment and are known to take initiative.quick learner - comfortable when priorities or plans change rapidly. - have a positive, “can-do” attitude. - are an open, honest, and efficient communicator. - thrive in a friendly team atmosphere. - willing to roll up your sleeves when the need arises. **Responsibilities**: - Complete all required documentation, including time sheets, expense reports, and dues allocation forms. - Assist with making travel arrangements as needed. - Answer phones and route calls to appropriate staff. - Schedule and confirm appointments for staff. - Coordinate with staff for annual review of job performance. - Order office-related supplies. **Skills and Qualifications** - 3+ years’ experience in a similar role. - Exceptional written and spoken English language skills. - Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task, time manage, and prioritize tasks. - Strong attention to detail. - Adaptable to change and continuously seeking out improvements to existing processes. - Polished and professional business communication skills. - Quick learner and works well independently and in a team setting. - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint) **Job Type**: Part-time Part-time hours: 24 per week **Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Dental care - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Life insurance - Paid time off Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Secondary School (preferred) **Experience**: - Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: One location
