Next Alutech is seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Machine Operator and Metal Fabricator to join our team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines and various metal fabrication equipment. Your role is crucial in ensuring the quality of both the products and the equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and understand blueprint designs.
- Set up and operate machinery for production.
- Measure and verify all calculations prior to setting up the machinery.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Complete routine maintenance of the machinery.
- Utilize vernier calipers and basic hand tools or power tools effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating and setting up CNC machinery.
- Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
- Keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or diploma in engineering or a relevant discipline is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
