- Order management - Oversee all incoming orders, and ensure that they are prepared correctly and in a timely manner
- Scoop and bake required cupcakes/items daily
- Decorate cupcakes/cheesecakes/tarts/brownies/etc. and prepare all orders for the display, pickup, delivery, and Uber
- Manage delivery times - have orders ready on time, labeled, and ensure driver is aware of them
- Complete simple decorating tasks (cake pops, sugar cookies, etc)
- Assist with the production of bakery products
- Proper and safe use of all equipment
- Adhere to Health Department regulations/standards (FIFO, et.)
- Confidently take walk-in customer orders and answer questions
- Be familiar with all products in order to provide accurate responses to customer questions
- Ensure temperature & cleaning logs are being done
- Inventory management of FOH ingredients & supplies to be done regularly
- Proper use of the POS system and cash handling
- Ensure that all products on display are labeled
- Answer phone calls
- Prepare hot drinks, and perform regular maintenance on coffee maker
- At the end of the shift, review orders for the following day and determine volume of cupcakes to be scooped
- Ensure that the Cleanup/Closing duties are completed daily
- Stock shelves as needed (Must be able to lift 20kg bags/boxes)
- Must be able to work early mornings or evenings, weekdays and weekends, as required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week
