**Job Summary**

As a Front of House Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day FOH operations, ensuring excellent service standards, and supporting a positive, team-oriented environment. You must have **at least 5 years of experience** in **bartending, serving, and front-of-house supervision** in a high-volume setting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, train, and supervise FOH staff including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
- Ensure outstanding guest service and resolve any customer concerns quickly and professionally.
- Support staff during peak hours with bartending, serving, or hosting as needed.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked FOH areas.
- Enforce health, safety, and alcohol compliance standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle daily shift planning, team briefings, and service coverage.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in bartending, table service, and front-of-house supervision.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine.
- Excellent leadership, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Experience with POS systems (e.g., Givex, Toast, Square, Lightspeed).
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
