**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with product quality control.
- Health and Safety Minded
- Conduct product tests and assess the output.
- Handle the set up and change over of CNC fabricating equipment
- Assist with inventory..
- Communicate any changes in product production to management and employees.
- Training of co-workers
- Lead by Example

**Job Description**:

- Report Directly to The Operations Manager & President
- Set up; CNC Break Press, CNC Tube Bender, CNC Mill
- Fitting ability and asset
- Weld ability a plus
- Train Operators
- Track material need and consumables
- Help create refine work order / job runners
- Train co-workers on equipment and process
- Quality control / inspections first off and periodic
- Run parts as time permits and production requires

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $26.00-$36.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Waterloo, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- CNC tube bending: 1 year (preferred)
- MIG welding: 1 year (preferred)
- fitting: 1 year (preferred)
- Metal fabrication: 4 years (required)
- CNC Brake Press: 2 years (preferred)
- General CNC: 2 years (required)
- metal cutting laser: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
