**What you will be doing**:

- Calling, booking, and confirming patient appointments
- Reviewing with patients the steps necessary prior to their appointments
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate staff
- Receiving faxed documentation or referrals and sorting properly
- Distributing confidential correspondence to proper departments
- Faxing documentation, scanning and filing patient charts
- Relieving and supporting reception staff as needed

**What you will bring**:

- Experience in working in a medical \or clinical environment is an asset
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in customer service/client care role
- Demonstrated capability to multi-task and quickly adapt to changes
- A keen interest in a career in the health services field
- Open to the possibility of being challenged and learning new skills
