**What you will be doing**
- Conduct preoperative and postoperative measurements with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and providing clear, understandable explanations to patients at every stage of the process.
- Thoroughly review imaging maps to validate their accuracy, contributing to the success of procedures.
- Be a part of the surgical team to provide crucial support during refractive surgeries.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the latest procedures and technologies within the clinic, staying abreast of advancements in the field.
- Uphold a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and patient care, fostering a positive and supportive environment throughout the patient journey.
**What you will bring**
- Proficiency in English communication, facilitating clear and effective interaction in professional settings.
- Demonstrate a keen motivation or knowledge in using a variety of diagnostic and testing tools.
- Ability to use computer software for patient files and test results.
- Prior experience in an eye-care environment is an asset.
