**Part Time Office Assistant**

We have an immediate opening for this permanent part position. If you enjoy a varied day and can organize, prioritize and manage your time well, this is a great position in a client focused and friendly work environment.

**Assist the Office Manager with the following**:

- Maintain Filing System and Database
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Courier shipments
- Order Processing
- Invoicing and preparation of sales orders
- Assist with order fulfillment and package small parcels
- Processing of customer payments

**In House and Customer Support**
- Assist the company owner with preparation of correspondence, sales orders and communications from written or oral instructions
- Coordinate with sales and marketing staff to assist with client support and inquiries as required and maintain conference room schedule
- Assist IT department with client support as necessary

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma. Although post secondary education is not a requirement, sufficient training or experience is necessary to carry out the above noted duties. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required and experience with QuickBooks preferred. We also require the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written communication. Proof reading and an attention to detail is required.

We are an established business to business integrator of specialized security and asset management hardware and software systems and loss prevention. Our North American clients range from government agencies and law enforcement to gaming facilities and sports arenas.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
