Maple Ridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge is a Chrysler Five Star Certified dealership, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and a positive dealership experience.

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our dealership, greeting customers and visitors, answering incoming calls, and providing administrative support to various departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Provide information about our dealership's services and assist customers with general inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dealership's appointment calendar.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

**Work** **Schedule**:

- Part-Time position Thursday 12 - 8 and Friday 12 - 8 with the potential to pick up shifts.
