Overview

We are seeking a Detail Manager to join our team. As a Detail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the cleaning and detailing operations of our company. This is an important role that requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team.

**Responsibilities**

  • Manage and supervise the cleaning and detailing operations
  • Ensure that all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and detailed according to company standards
  • Train and develop a team of detailers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure work is completed to the highest standards
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering as needed
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
  • Address customer inquiries or concerns regarding vehicle cleanliness or detailing services
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in vehicle detailing or related field preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques used in vehicle detailing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
