Your Role: Build with Pride

As a Carpenter, you’ll be an integral part of our construction team, contributing to all stages of residential projects. Responsibilities include:

- **Carpentry Work**: Framing, finishing, forming carpentry
- **Quality Craftsmanship**: Producing clean, accurate, and high-quality work that meets Powell Contracting standards
- **Plan Execution**: Reading and working from drawings and instructions to complete tasks accurately
- **Team Collaboration**: Working closely with Lead Carpenters, Project Managers, and other trades to keep projects moving smoothly
- **Job Site Standards**: Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for a dependable, skilled carpenter who takes pride in their work:

- **Experience**: 3-8+ years of carpentry experience in residential construction or renovations
- **Technical Skills**: Solid knowledge of framing, finishing, and general carpentry techniques
- **Attention to Detail**: A strong commitment to quality and precision
- **Reliability**: Punctual, professional, and able to work well as part of a team
- **Tools & Transportation**: Own tools and reliable transportation are preferred (higher rates may apply)
