Beaver Lake Cree Nation is looking for motivated, energetic and self-starting summer students who are interested in developing valuable workplace skills and building a career through employment with the Nation.

**Job Summary**:
Students are offered wage employment with the opportunity to:

- learn about the services provided on nation
- develop workplace skills
- gain career-related experience

Anticipated positions will be:

- General Labourer
- Janitor
- Office Reception
- Store Clerk

**Qualifications**:

- Preference will be given to those enrolled in a secondary or post-secondary institution or just recently graduated within the last 6 months
- Preference will be given to those returning to academic studies in September
- Preference will be given to Beaver Lake Cree Nation Members
- Drivers Licence required
- First Aid skills and/or certificates are considered assets

Positions are contingent to receiving the Canada Summer Jobs (CSJ) Grant.

Canada Summer Jobs (CSJ) is a Government of Canada summer work experience program initiative. It provides wage subsidies for employers who create quality summer work experiences to help young people between the ages of 15 and 30 develop the skills and paid work experience they need to successfully transition into the labour market.
