**The Park West Inn's** Kitchen Team is looking for a skilled L**ine Cook** who would be an ideal fit for the team. If you enjoy working in a fun, fast paced environment, as well as enjoy learning new things. Come and join us

Shifts will be **part-time** and will be in the **evening / night.**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances.
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.
- Comply with nutrition and allergen regulations.

Experience Requirements:

- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Cook, restaurant cook or prep cook.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
- Familiarity with industry best practices.

Compensation will be based on experience and will be discussed further in the interview process.

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
