We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Glendale Golf & Country Club. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our food offerings. If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you.
**Duties**:
- Prep for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and measuring ingredients
- Ensure in the consistency and quality of the cooking and preparation of various dishes according to recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
**Experience**:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant or similar food service establishment is required
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $19 per hour
