We are looking for a **Payment Channel Sales Specialist **to support our business growth in Toronto. This is a full-time position.

**_ How you will contribute:_**
- Responsible for sales of payment channels (such as POS terminals, QR code payments, mobile payments, etc.) in the Canadian market, including channel development, sales promotion, and achieving sales targets.
- Establish and maintain long-term and stable relationships with channel partners in Canada, deeply understand their needs, and provide professional solutions.
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies specifically tailored for the Canadian market to achieve sales goals and performance indicators.
- Track market dynamics and competitors in Canada, conduct market research and analysis, and provide data support for sales strategies and plans.
- Analyze sales data, prepare sales reports and sales forecasts for the Canadian market, and track sales performance in a timely manner.
- Participate in contract negotiations with channel partners in Canada, ensure that contract terms are consistent with company interests and policies, and be responsible for contract signing and management.
- Provide guidance and training to sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance in the Canadian market.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, collaborate with other departments (such as marketing, supply chain, finance, etc.), meet customer needs in Canada, and drive sales.
- Provide excellent customer service in the Canadian market, promptly answer customer inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact for channel partners in Canada, maintain regular communication, establish long-term cooperative relationships, and promote repeat business.
- Monitor and evaluate feedback from channel partners in Canada and market trends, provide insights and suggestions, and optimize sales strategies and product advantages in the local market.
- Deeply understand payment channel sales in the Canadian market, including payment processing solutions, pricing models, and industry regulations.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Canadian payment industry, leveraging existing relationships and market insights.
- Collaborate with payment partners and suppliers in Canada to develop joint sales strategies and expand the promotion of products related to payments among channel partners.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the Canadian payment industry and competitors' activities and provide feedback and suggestions to the company's leadership team.
**_ What you bring to the table:_**
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing, sales management, or related fields.
- Min 3 years of experience in payment channel sales or related fields, with specific experience in the Canadian market.
- Familiarity with the payment industry's products, pricing models, and regulations in Canada.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the Canadian market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and provide strategic insights for sales planning in the Canadian market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
