T. Kettle, a loose leaf tea store located at Stone Road Mall in Guelph, ON and we are looking for passionate, excited person to join our team as **Store Manager**

**The Teaologist**
Our Store Managers are responsible for:

- Providing premium customer service to T. Kettle patrons;
- Educating patrons on T. Kettle blends and guiding them through their tea experience;
- Coaching and mentoring store teaologists;
- Day-to-day tasks and overall sales, merchandising, operations, and lost prevention procedures within the store;
- Scheduling employees within budget and ensuring timecards are accurate and complete; and
- Bringing a contagious passion for tea

- Sales driven individual with past management experience in a retail or service environment; and
