**Overview**
The UPS Store is seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team. As a vital part of our operations, you will provide exceptional service to our customers while assisting with various shipping, printing, and business service needs. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with the public.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shipping and printing needs.
- Process shipping orders, including packaging, labeling, and tracking shipments.
- Operate printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the point-of-sale system.
- Provide information about services offered at The UPS Store, including mailbox rentals, notary services, and packing supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and processing orders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to shipping and printing services.
