The UPS Store is seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team. As a vital part of our operations, you will provide exceptional service to our customers while assisting with various shipping, printing, and business service needs. **Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shipping and printing needs.
- Process shipping orders, including packaging, labeling, and tracking shipments.
- Operate printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the point-of-sale system.
- Provide information about services offered at The UPS Store, including mailbox rentals, notary services, and packing supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and processing orders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to shipping and printing services.
