RICO Lighting & Electrical Services is an established electrical contractor offering electrical & lighting services on a national level.

We are currently seeking a qualified applicant for a Project Coordinator position for our Mississauga location.

Job duties include:

- Proactively plan, forecast, and schedule projects for our field staff of electricians
- Coordinate project and scheduling with sub‐contractors across Canada
- Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Update customer on project progress with up‐to‐date information
- Work closely with Project Managers and the Electrical Supervisor to provide administrative tracking support
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers and subcontractors for project materials
- Source, order, and track project deliverables
- Liaise between customers and field staff
- Prepare customer invoices and completion reports
- Prepare small project quotations for management review, and customer submission
- Plan schedules for multi-site rollout projects
- Arrange travel and accommodations for out-of-town projects for traveling field staff
- Receive, organize, and prepare material for projects
- Coordinate, schedule, and track equipment rental
- Track project budgets versus real-time labour and material costing
- Provide backup coverage for service coordinators as required
- Continually review current processes and make recommendations

Qualifications:

- College or university graduate
- Minimum of 3+ years working experience
- Logical approach to problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail orientated and ability to multi-task
- Process driven
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong computer skills with focus in Microsoft Office

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
