Fraser Health is embarking on a journey to implement MEDITECH Expanse, the most up to date version of MEDTECH’s Clinical Information System, which will transform the way we deliver health care services to improve quality and patient safety; better patient and care-giver experience through seamless access to data and information.

We have an exciting opportunity as an **Informatics Lead, User Access Provisioning MEDITECH Expanse and Client Server** where you will have a critical leadership role in planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of sustainable clinical information systems transformation related to MEDITECH Expanse. In collaboration with the Project Lead - Clinical Operations and clinical partners of the designated functional areas, the Informatics Lead provides informatics expertise to promote and lead the user access provisioning with clinical change initiatives to enhance evidence-based clinical practices.

- Leads and coordinates user access provisioning stream and develops strategies for data management.
- Provide consultation and guidance to management leadership and stakeholder groups to ensure information technology design and future state workflows provide the best opportunities to support and transform clinical practice, education, administration and research.
- Leads and coordinates design activities associated with workflow standardization, system design and informatics work stream activities including alignment and integration with the other design teams.
- Drives best practice and informatics outcomes by collaborating with leadership to lead design based on best evidence and professional standards.
- Ensure the organizational requirements, and evaluates and monitors success to ensure effective implementation of quality and system improvements.
- Facilitates team members in validating the required data elements for measurement of process and outcomes, and ensures they are incorporated into system design and used to transform clinical practices.

**Here is what we would like you to have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Science, Computer Science, or other relevant discipline.
- Experience leading account provisioning teams in large organizations and driving compliance with access and audit control policies and standards
- Seven (7) years recent, related experience in business & system analysis and project leadership.
- Experience with MEDITECH Application (Client/Server or Expanse).
- Familiarity with access management policies and best practices
- Experience developing or enhancing knowledge base resources in support of user account provisioning and de-provisioning
