ELS Marketing is a third party logistics provider that provides support for the domestic and international mail network.

The Cargo Coordinator position provides frontline, point of contact support to customers and aides in the physical handling of cargo when needed.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Primary customer service contact.
- Assess customer requirements, determine best routing solutions given physical size, destination and timeline requirements.
- Book capacity with airlines based on requirements.
- Co-ordinate routing requests with suppliers.
- Issue necessary industry documentation, air waybills, bills of lading, carrier instructions based on mode of transport required.
- Complete daily tracking updates and communicate to internal and external customers accordingly.
- Must have the ability to anticipate and behave proactively while monitoring customer cargo tracking updates and respond accordingly with suppliers to ensure customer commitments are met.
- Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) as well as our tracking software, Cargowise.
- Assist in the physical handling of product outbound/inbound as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
- Able to lift 15lbs

**Shift**
- Mon to Thu / 1:30pm to 10:00pm
- Sun / 10:00am to 6:00pm

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
