**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network issues
- Set up and configure computer systems, including operating systems
- Respond to IT support requests via ticketing systems such as Jira and Remedy
- Maintain and support LAN networks
- Assist with software installations and upgrades
- Provide help desk support to end-users
- Troubleshoot MacOS-related issues
- Collaborate with the team on computer networking tasks

**Experience**
- Proficiency in operating systems and computer networking
- Strong skills in software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with IT help desk operations
- Experience in customer service is a plus.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- SERVICE NOW: 5 years (required)
- ACTIVE DIRECTORY: 4 years (required)
- BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH: 4 years (required)

**Language**:

- French (required)
