**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare ingredients and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and cooking techniques.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during busy hours and maintain food quality.
- Work independently during shifts with mínimal supervision, taking full responsibility for the kitchen during quieter times.
- Follow a closing duties list to ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized for the next day.
- Ensure food preparation and cooking processes are carried out efficiently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage and prioritize multiple orders while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment throughout the shift.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen or as a Line Cook.
- Fluent in English, able to communicate well in English in a fast paced environment.
- Mandatory weekend availability which includes being able to work until 12am (Midnight) on Friday and Saturday nights.
- Currently living within 25 km of Maple Ridge
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Positive attitude, passion for food, and dedication to delivering exceptional dishes.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
