**About the Company**:
TST-CF Express has been an industry leader for over 95 years, specializing in Less Than Truckload (LTL) Freight. TST-CF Express is located across Canada wide, and through its strategic partnerships provides transportation services across North America.

We are currently looking to hire a Billing Supervisor reporting to the Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing a team of billers and drive through window clerks.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead, Coach, and Develop the Administrative and General clerks
- Conduct ongoing performance management to ensure office productivity and service standards are met
- Delegating tasks to ensure proper workflow
- Ensure all administrative duties (billing, load manifesting, arrival/printing inbound loads, driver logging, and etc.) are completed on timely manner
- Support and promote continuous improvement
- Collaborate with other managers to implement required policies, procedures accurately, and to ensure that the goals, and objectives for the terminal are met
- Lead the development of weekly/monthly KPI’s and reports
- Work with individual employees to ensure complete understanding of their job Description, Working Instructions, and standards for each job responsibility
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, ie: close loads as per schedule, bill inbound loads in a timely manner.
- Scan, track and archiving POD
- Providing training and overseeing the orientation of new employees to get them up to speed on the policies and procedures within the company
- All other duties as assigned

**Qualifications required**:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Billing Supervisor
- Technical - MS Office, familiar with Google
- Familiarity with AS 400 preferred
- Accurate and efficient administration skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confidentiality, punctuality, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to work with people at all levels in the organization

**Education**:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent preferred
