**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and refine **Richline Capital’s brand positioning**, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Create a structured **marketing framework** to guide the company’s long-term outreach and engagement strategy.
- Provide expertise in **SEO, paid media, and internet marketing**, optimizing online presence to attract high-net-worth clients.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop a **marketing roadmap**, including performance metrics and ROI analysis.
- Support the company’s **AI-driven marketing initiatives**, leveraging modern tools for data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in **content creation**, including investment insights, client newsletters, and website copy, ensuring alignment with Richline’s investment philosophy.
- Oversee partnerships and **public relations** efforts, including media outreach and strategic collaborations.
- Guide compliance-aligned marketing strategies, ensuring adherence to OSC and BCSC regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **5+ years of experience** in marketing, preferably in **financial services, investment management, or fintech**.
- Proven track record in **brand strategy development** and **digital marketing execution**.
- Experience working with **wealth management firms, asset managers, or investment consultants** is a plus.
- Knowledge of **financial regulations** related to marketing in Canada (OSC, BCSC) is preferred.
- Ability to work **independently and collaboratively**, providing strategic guidance to leadership.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
