**We are hiring for a Technician
- Wheelchair and Mobility Equipment**

**Role Description**:

- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair manual and powered wheelchairs, scooters, lift chairs, walkers, and other mobility devices.
- Perform regular maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
- Assemble new equipment and customize products to client needs.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Provide in-home and in-store service support as required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and educate clients on equipment use and care.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulatory requirements for mobility equipment.
- Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism, especially with clients who may have complex mobility needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Mechanical aptitude with experience in repairs, electronics, or related technical work (automotive, small engines, appliances, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 75 pounds).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Self confident, friendly, and compassionate.
- Mature, patient and professional.
- Dependable and have a strong work ethic.

**Compensation**:
Competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
