Are you skilled with equipment and ready to take charge? Oakridge Landscape Contractors is looking for a hands-on, motivated **Ventrac Operator Foreperson** to help us shape and maintain high-quality outdoor spaces across Southern Ontario.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate a **Ventrac tractor** for mowing, grading, and property maintenance
- Lead and motivate a small crew (2-5 team members) to deliver top-tier results
- Perform tasks like trimming, weed removal, and general upkeep
- Complete daily equipment checks and flag any issues early
- Enforce safety standards and ensure proper PPE is used
- Keep job sites tidy, organized, and professional at all times

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- A valid **G-class Driver’s License** and reliable transportation
- Hands-on experience with tractors or Ventrac equipment (or a strong interest in learning)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- A self-starter mindset and ability to work independently
- Strong **leadership and problem-solving** skills
- Willingness to work extended hours, including some Saturdays when needed
