**Were Hiring: Lawn Maintenance Foreperson** **Location: Hamilton**, ON **Pay**: $28 - $33 per hour **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead and **manage a crew of 3-5 people**, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. - Perform **lawn and landscape maintenance**, including mowing, trimming, pruning, flower bed maintenance, pulling weeds, raking, and general clean-up. - Safely **drive and operate a company truck and trailer** to transport equipment and materials. - Monitor **job site progress** and ensure adherence to safety protocols. - Communicate with clients and supervisors to ensure expectations are met. **Job Requirements**: - Valid "G" Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract. - 5+ years of field experience and 3+ years of crew management experience. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work. - Willingness to work long hours and Saturdays as needed. **Tags**: Lawn Maintenance Lead Hand, Landscaping Manager, Landscape Supervisor, Landscape Crew Leader, Lawn Maintenance Foreman, Landscape Foreman **About Oakridge Landscape Contractors**:
