**We’re Hiring: Residential Landscape Foreperson**
- ** Location**: Southern Ontario.
- ** Pay**: $29-$41/hour (based on experience).

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Leading a team of 3-5 crew members on custom residential projects.
- Managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring top-notch workmanship.
- Driving a company truck and trailer with confidence.
- Installing natural stone (flagstone, armor), interlock pavers, precast retaining walls, and more.
- Getting hands-on: planting, digging, soil placement, and layout.
- Meeting with subcontractors and keeping projects on time, on budget, and looking sharp.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- Valid G License and clean driver’s abstract.
- 5+ years of hands-on landscaping experience.
- 3+ years leading crews on residential jobs.
- Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and installation methods.
