**About the opportunity**

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible to schedule and coordinate deliveries with customers. Specifically:

- Schedule and confirm the date that customer expects to receive their purchased vehicle
- Ensure all required operations are performed for sold vehicles
- Ensure that any changes, additions or deletions to the initial deal are correctly documented and in progress
- Communicate with customers to ensure that they are kept informed as to any delays or changes to their initial expectations
- Review all documentation to ensure appropriate paperwork is ready for the customer
- Inspect vehicle to ensure that all requested work has been performed correctly
- Inspect Trade-in vehicles
- Schedule an appointment time for the customer to take delivery of the vehicle
- Perform other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions
- Work alongside our dedicated team of Product Advisors and Financial Service Managers.

**About you**
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service
- Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
- ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
