FMF Glass Hardware is currently seeking a part/ full-time salesman & marketer to join our team. We are a very team driven company with room for growth. We are expanding our team in order to expand our brand & company.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Getting Familiar with glass hardware products & their functions
- Approaching new clients and successfully obtain their business
- Talking to clients we already have had in the past but do not purchase from us anymore and getting back their business
- Cold-calling new clients
- Meeting with clients at their offices & showing them our products + what we offer as a company
- Making strategic pricing lists for customers in order to successfully obtain their business
- Finding new leads to specific niches in the hardware industry
- Coming up with creative ideas and pictures for our social media (We already have a graphic designer, all you need to do is come up with the content)
- Staying up to date with our marketing needs, such as flyers, website banners & brochures
**Requirements Include**:

- Prior sales person experience
- **Excellent communication skills. This is very important. **You will need to sell the clients our product
- Proficient with computer skills such as Microsoft 365
- Desire to be proactive & take initiative
- Professional appearance
- Ability to convince clients to buy our products
Most importantly, our team members intend to work with us in a long term scope.

This position would require coming into any of our location at least 3 days a week (in the beginning) If we see good results & if needed, FMF will offer full time as well

Commission: 5% on any **NEW CLIENT ORDERS** which you bring to FMF

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
