Role Description

This full-time, on-site Salesperson role at our Woodbridge, ON location involves managing customer relationships and identifying opportunities to increase revenue through logistics solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting new clients, maintaining and expanding existing accounts, presenting tailored freight and logistics solutions, and meeting sales targets. The role also incorporates regular communication with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, including experience building client relationships and closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of logistics management, freight handling, and supply chain operations.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present solutions to clients with confidence and professionalism.
  • Proficient organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach to achieving sales goals.
  • Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed for client meetings.
