Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail sales and customer service, with a passion for technology products. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
  • Assist customers with merchandising inquiries and product selection
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor while ensuring merchandise is well-displayed
  • Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, employing excellent phone etiquette
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to manage inventory and stock levels effectively

Experience

  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, especially in English
  • Familiarity with technology sales and product demos is a plus
  • Strong communication skills are essential for effective customer interaction
  • Basic math skills required for transaction processing and cash handling
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Time management skills are crucial for balancing multiple tasks efficiently
