**Dixie Road Pet Clinic** is seeking a dedicated **Veterinary Receptionist** to join our team.

As a **Veterinary Receptionist**, you are the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets. Your friendly and professional demeanor will contribute to creating a positive experience for both clients and staff.

**Responsibilities** will include but not limited to greeting clients, answering telephone inquiries, performing record keeping duties, clerical duties related to animal patient care and treatment, and providing miscellaneous support to the veterinarians and patient care team while maintaining a client-focused team environment.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role with experience in the veterinary field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Well-developed multitasking and time-management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with a team
- Demonstrated attention to detail, accountability and integrity
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including data entry and appointment scheduling software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$21.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
