**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist veterinary staff with laboratory tasks as needed, including preparing samples for testing.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Provide clients with information on pet health care products and services offered by the clinic.

**Skills**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling and record keeping.
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures is a plus, enhancing support for veterinary staff.
- Compassionate attitude towards animals and their owners, demonstrating empathy in all interactions.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A minimum of one year experience in the industry.
