Production Scheduler

**POSITION DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage multiple simultaneous production schedule
- Liaison with Supply Chain, Engineering, Fabrication and Quality departments to ensure department schedules are aligned
- Work with production teams to meet critical deadlines
- Optimize production workflow and performance
- Perform all duties so as to meet the responsibilities listed in Luff Industries Safety and Human Resources Policy Manual
- Perform all duties according to Luff Industries quality system procedures and work instructions
- Monitor & Validate Project Progress
- Schedule and Level Project Resources
- Ensure communication of project schedule information across all business functions
- Responsible for working closely with technical experts, department leads and project managers
- Update and monitor progress on project schedules, including production
**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Scheduler role
- Excellent communication skills on all fronts (listening, speaking, writing)
- Must possess good prioritization and time management abilities
- Willingness to work as part of a team or even lead a team when called upon
- Ability to multitask and display flexibility while carrying out duties
- Strong in Excel an asset
- Experience in ERP systems such as SAP or Epicor and asset
