This position is responsible for the timely and efficient monitoring and facility schedules for Precision Aluminum. The coordinator will work closely with all functional departments to ensure the accurate and timely creation of schedules to help facilitate production activities. The individual must also demonstrate a strong ability to interface effectively with external clients and internal departments.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills and communication with reports peers, management, and clients
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, delegation skills, with strong organizational capabilities and focus.
- Commitment to train and impart skills to others, continuous improvement of processes, and advocate for the safe working practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and make appropriate decisions in fast paced situations.
- Ability to set goals, monitor progress and adjust resources to accomplish objectives.
- Generate timely reporting that recaps achievements (meeting highlights market intelligence, etc.)
- Experience organizing and facilitating meetings.
- Understanding of the company fabrication sequences.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, creating formulas and spreadsheets to assist in more consistent and streamline pricing methods.
- Resourcing supplier for custom orders
- Work with General Manager to ensure production is aware of upcoming sales as well as ensure production can meet the demand of current projects.
- Stay abreast of competition, industry trends and market intelligence, proving feedback to the General Manager and President to support recommendations and identify developing opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- At least 4 years experience in AutoCAD
- At least 4 years in Exterior Envelope Construction Experience.
- Be able to read Blue Prints

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- AutoCAD: 3 years (required)

Work Location: In person
