**Job Description: Front of House Manager**

Nani's Gelato is seeking a passionate and dynamic Front of House Manager for our Mississauga corporate store, which serves as our headquarters and a hub for innovation and growth. We’re looking for an outgoing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships with customers and team members, and shares our passion for artisan gelato. This full-time, permanent role offers significant opportunities to learn, develop leadership skills, and grow within our expanding company, making it ideal for someone eager to lead a vibrant team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily store operations for smooth workflow
- Train and onboard new team members
- Scoop gelato, prepare milkshakes, cookie sandwiches and other delicious items
- Assist with basic food prep
- Manage inventory, tracking stock and ordering
- Lead team daily, fostering positive environment
- Manage opening and closing procedures
- Support team scheduling and inventory management
- Support back-of-house to ensure operational flow
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly
- Maintain store cleanliness for welcoming atmosphere

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a food or hospitality setting
- Food Handler’s Certification (preferred)
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide a seasoned team
- Ability to train, mentor, and onboard new team members to uphold Nani’s quality and service standards.
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Problem-solving skills for operational and customer issues
- Eagerness to grow within an expanding company

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
