Job Duties:

- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Able to Wash and Operate Dishwashing Machine
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Job Requirements:

- Ability to recreate dishes following house recipes to house standards of taste, texture, temperature and presentation
- A genuine passion for sushi, Asian culinary art, flavors and Japanese cuisine
- sushi cooks who are willing to learn
